Bohai's first 100-billion-square-meter gas field phase I development project goes into operation

The Bozhong 19-6 gas field is located in the central Bohai Sea. The average water depth in the area is about 20 meters. At present, the proven geological reserves of natural gas exceed 200 billion cubic meters and the proven geological reserves of condensate oil exceed 200 billion cubic meters. With a capacity of 200 million cubic meters, it is the first large-scale, self-contained gas field of 100 billion cubic meters in eastern my country. The main production facilities of the project include a newly built central processing platform, three unmanned wellhead platforms and a natural gas processing terminal. Condensate gas is a mixture formed by dissolving oil in natural gas under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The condensate gas in the Bozhong 19-6 gas field is buried in a buried hill reservoir with a depth of more than 5,000 meters. The reservoir fractures are densely intertwined like a spider web. The gas reservoirs are widely distributed but complex in type. The formations faced by oil and gas development are thicker than copper metal. To be tough, there are as many as 17 ultra-deep wells designed to exceed 6,000 meters, and the maximum underground temperature reaches 204°C.

Adhering to the 'one well, one strategy' management model, we tried precision pressure control technology for the first time in the Bohai Sea and promoted precision drilling.
