In order to further implement the innovation-driven development strategy and strengthen the main body of enterprise technological innovation status, in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Recognition of Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises (Trial)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianke [2010] No. 540, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Measures"), it was decided to carry out the identification of national technological innovation demonstration enterprises in 2020. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. The local industry and information technology departments are responsible for the selection, recommendation and submission of enterprises in the region, and centrally managed enterprises are responsible for the selection, recommendation and submission of their subordinate enterprises. Work. To apply for recognition as a national technological innovation demonstration enterprise, it should have key core technology research and outstanding achievements in industrialization in key areas of manufacturing. The basic conditions that the enterprise should have and the requirements for preparation of application materials shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures".
2. Local industrial and information technology departments and centrally managed enterprises will review and recommend enterprise application materials. Each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government shall recommend no more than 3 enterprises, and the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government that have carried out provincial technological innovation demonstration enterprise certification shall not exceed 4 enterprises; cities under separate state planning, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and centrally managed enterprises shall each recommend 1 on the basis of merit. enterprise.
