The data reliability of emergency forecasting has been improved; a joint precipitation forecasting model with climate models and weather radar has been established to increase the forecast period of flood forecasting from 0.5 hours to 2.5 hours.
Third, in terms of intelligent diagnosis of river and lake water quality and smart river length, a low-cost, multi-parameter, lightweight online monitoring equipment for river and lake water quality has been developed, with the cost reduced by 30% and the performance improved. 30%; established a diagnosis and intelligent evaluation model for key factors of river health; developed an online intelligent analysis model of river and lake water quality that couples monitoring and simulation in real time, and its smart river long cloud platform, which can support all-weather automatic monitoring and real-time dynamic simulation of river and lake water quality and early warning and forecasting of sudden changes in water environment. The successful implementation of this project will effectively improve the efficiency and management level of water resources in the Ningxia Autonomous Region, realize efficient utilization of water resources in the Yellow River Basin, and assist in the construction of ecological protection and high-quality development pilot areas in the Yellow River Basin.
